The Philippine Society of Nuclear Medicine in cooperation with Section of Nuclear Medicine, UST Hospital and the USTH Benavides Cancer Institute will hold a Symposium in Nuclear Medicine on May 19, 2008 at the Benavides Cancer Institute Auditoriumm, UST Hospital. Internationally acclaimed Nuclear Medicine Expert Prof. Kalevi Kareimo will deliver a lecture entitled “Molecular Cancer Imaging: Pet/CT and Imaging in Targeted Drug Delivery”. Dr. Kareimo has received numerous honors and awards including Who’s Who in Medicine, Healthcare, Science and Engineering, and Special Prize of the 6th International Radiopharmacology Symposium. Another foreign expert, Prof. Marlene Oliver, will also talk on “Nuclear Medicine Update and Future Plans”.
